 If not, we need to publicise it  ASAP. UK Parliament comes to an effective end on  November 2014 (new EU rules)      On the 1st November 2014 the right  of Parliament to legislate over us in 43 areas, the important ones, will be  removed and be made subject to approval. They call it QMV, Qualified Majority  Voting. Each member State will lose it right of Veto over these  areas, so Cameron’s idea of negotiation to recover any areas goes out the window  at the same time. The following areas of competence will switch  from requiring unanimous approval of all member states to qualified majority  voting only:

A brief review of the Treaties confirms the Transitional arrangements  which allow, only on specific votes, for the Nice Treaty Provisions to apply  from 1st November 2014 until March 2017, hence I imagine PM David Cameron’s  determination to delay our referendum beyond that date, tying Britain for ever  within the non-democratic, totalitarian and now clearly despotic EU.

TREASON

Dear Matthew,

Though many years later than would have been ideal, your article http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/ukip/10839448/My-rivals-should-be-hanged-for-treason-says-Ukip-candidate.html is to be commended for all that it contains.  There is one flaw however.  The death penalty for treason has never been abolished as it was far beyond the grasp of Tony Blair to do that, even though he sought to avoid the gallows for his known treasonous actions against Britain.

Hidden behind promises of a common market with Europe, when Edward Heath signed the European Communities Act in 1972 he knowingly and wilfully tricked, deceived and betrayed the British people into foreign rule by the EEC/EU.  His was the most calculating and grievous treason in British history.  He gave away his country, its sovereignty and its people, receiving £16,000 for his effort.  Upon signing, his treason instantly removed him from lawful office and his treasonous act failed to become legally binding because treason has no legitimacy and cannot do that.  His then treasonous government immediately became an unlawful assembly as a treasonous government is not lawful.  It too, has no legitimacy.

No parliament can bind a successor.  But no following parliament has ever reversed Heath’s treachery.  Instead, every following prime minister and parliament has consciously and deliberately lied to reinforce Heath’s outrageous, unthinkable pretence that Britain had knowingly and willingly consented to foreign rule.  As public servants, neither he nor they ever had such authority and their actions are treasonable contrary to English Constitutional and Common Law for acting against the nation’s known interests, intent to surrender its sovereignty, using wilful deception to deliberately betray the nation and for acting in the political interests of a foreign power for others’ benefit.  It is effectively to declare war on the British Crown and the British nation.

Every single parliament since Heath’s therefore, is and has been an unlawful assembly committing the most atrocious act of treason against their own people, inviting and imposing foreign rule over their own country.  Not one has ever acted within the law.  Having solemnly sworn lifetime oaths of loyalty and allegiance to Britain, each has conspired in this treason and they continue to deceitfully conceal the truth of their illicit activities from the public as it has long been known that the British people would never accept it and would object most violently were they ever to find out.  But the people are finding out.  A considerable volume of Foreign and Commonwealth Office documentary evidence to prove this criminality exists in the public domain and evidence is also to be found in Hansard as a record of parliamentary activity over the years.

No law or other binding obligation can result from treason or intent by an unlawful assembly.  English law therefore, stands as it was prior to signing of the 1972 Act.  Thus Britain is not and can never have been part of the European Union as every Act, EU Treaty and every statute since 1972 whether or not given the Royal Assent, is treasonous, illegal, null and void.  Not one has the force of law.  The European Union has no legitimate influence in Britain whatsoever.  Neither does its Napoleonic European Law.  They exist only in certain political minds.  In any case, the supremacy of English law in this country automatically intercedes and strikes down any attempt to repeal, subvert, overrule or replace it.  The pretence of European influence is none other than parliamentary make-believe and pure theatre designed at the highest levels of Westminster to deceive and subjugate the people to foreign rule against their will for others’ political purpose, contrary to law.  It is WILFUL TREASON.  

To date, a succession of unlawful British parliamentary assemblies therefore, having no legitimacy, illegally and without mandate, wilfully import and impose upon their own people, foreign rule and influence that has no legality in Britain. 

But the criminality does not stop there. 

In English law, those who support the commission of treason  -  the voters who keep the three main parties Lib-Lab-Con in office at Westminster  -  are guilty of the same offence which means that they commit Misprision of Treason (knowing of treason committed but doing nothing to report or prevent it) and Compounding (the) Treason at common law (any act or inaction which effectively condones, supports or allows the treason to continue).  These are tried in court as the original treason.  The legal obligation to report known treason extends to every British national from birth.

In addition, members of the British public have for some years recognised and reported the politicians’ treason to the police.  Fifteen police forces across the country have accepted and referred these evidential treason reports to the Metropolitan Police Commissioner for investigation and prosecution.  This means the police forces have examined the evidence to establish that prima facie cases exist and have then recorded the allegations, each with a crime number before referring them to the Commissioner for action to be taken.  But the Commissioner refuses to take any action whatsoever on this unmistakable evidence.  Instead, he disregards the reports as vexatious and fanciful.  Very clearly, he attempts to sweep this clear proof under the mat. 

So governmental and the Commissioner’s corruption are not just criminal, serious misconduct in public office and dereliction of duty, but appear to be co-ordinated according to some other agenda set against the people of this country.

Gordon Ferguson is totally correct is his assertions.  The saddest thing being that until now, it has not gained press publicity even though the British public have become increasingly aware that these officials commit the most serious offence in law, against them.  If you ever wish to become newspaper correspondent of the year, I would recommend concentrating on this one subject  -  Treason.  It will be very much at the nation’s heart and in the nation’s interest, will further increase newspaper sales and it has a very long way to run.  And who knows how many villains will fall because of it !  The country will owe you an immense debt of gratitude.

  Her Majesty did indeed swear to uphold our laws with all her power, unfortunately her power was stolen from her Grandfather King George V when on ascending the throne on the death of King Edward VII he was told by a government minister that he kept all his prerogatives but could not use any of them unless he had the backing of a minister.

  Asquith did this in 1911 the same year he neutered the House of Lords with the 1911 Parliament Act. Her Majesty has governed us with all the power she has, which is none! The very people we want to hang for treason perpetuate the theft of her power from her grandfather. Whilst we are on the subject she is our legitimate Queen through right of inheritance, in January 1689 the estates of England met and replaced King James II with a new Royal line when they offered the Crown to King William III and Queen Mary II. After that date all other claimants to the Crown were deposed by the people of England and a new line of inheritance selected.

  If Tony Robinson knew anything about anything which I doubt, he would not have committed treason against his lawful Queen by trying to bring back the last Plantagenet to claim the throne.

  In the 1960's the government brought back an illegal system whereby a committee of 5 Peers are appointed to give the assent for the Queen this system was used by King Henry VIII who did not have the bottle to sign his wife's death warrant so he appointed 5 Peers to do it for him.

   It was illegal then it is illegal now, but it is used by our treasonous government to get the assent for things the Queen would never agree to. Presumably everyone in this group is patriotic and wants to see England governed by our ancient laws, so lets leave the girl alone and wait till we can judge her once we have returned her powers to her.

As you probably realise the lights of freedom are going out all over Europe. As if to illustrate my point a friend of mine is now being investigated for making private comments at his own dinner table. One of his guests reported him to the Police.

This was an ordinary dinner party; a strictly private affair, not in the slightest political. The first my friend knew about it was when his mobile phone rang “asking” him to “come in to discuss your inappropriate comments about Islam and other matters.” The inference was that should he not oblige the caller’s invite he would face further measures… “And we don’t want that now do we ‘James?’”

I have changed the name to protect his identity as he is now under official investigation too and his details have been passed to the CPS, although he has not been charged but he expects to be and is under the clear impression that this is a deliberate ‘test case’…

If you are not starting to feel discomfiting tensions in your stomach and other symptoms, like concern over this episode, especially in the light of the arrest of Paul Weston for simply reciting Churchill, then you must have a problem in being human or suffering from psychopathism.

I feel anger. As should you…..

While I do not “get on” with Weston, due to differences of approach to the same problem, I admire courage when I see it and fully comprehend why he is doing it. Weston and I agree on many things, except perhaps in the detail.

One of them is the use of political office and the electoral system to somehow battle what is happening to us, as we become part of the Ummah or “Dar al Islam”. Britain is already part of the Organisation of Islamic Countries as an ‘Observer’, through “Baroness” Warsi’s efforts. These apparatchiks, seem to gravitate towards this title in particular in that we have an overpaid nonentity in the “High Representative” of the EU, one Catherine Ashton. It never fails to amaze this writer, how these often talentless people, mostly of Leftist predilections, crave the very titles they affect to despise. Animal Farm is alive and well.

Entering politics by the way will not end this growing totalitarian nightmare but actually assist the Leftist entrenched political Islamophile class to achieve what they desire most, namely the destruction of Western civilisation and its replacement by a 7^th Century theocracy ruled by sharia. Paul Weston and “James” were arrested under sharia law in fact.

These episodes, perhaps now a trickle, will soon become a torrent within the decade as we assimilate into Islam. The year 2030AD is the ‘target date’ for the powers to be in which they feel they will have enough control and the all too obvious integration of all of the UK and Europe into Dar al Islam will finally dawn even on the most stupid.

While one is not advocating violence, I do believe that this will end on the streets in violence, unless the burgers of Middle England take seriously their responsibilities and form a respectable protest system, incorporating all colours and creeds in the country which will suffer the consequences of Europe becoming Moslem. In truth, playing by past ‘Rules of the Game’ like seeking to be elected to power, will not work but actually assist the enemy to impose itself, through our law abiding ways. We are well beyond this phase in our struggle to escape the Islamic Beast.

One of Weston’s colleagues Elisabeth Sabaditsch Wolff summed it  nicely…..in a recent US speech…..

Ladies and gentlemen, laws such as these are de-facto Islamic blasphemy laws. They constitute sharia. The governments of European countries are enforcing sharia on behalf of their Muslim minorities.

The reasons behind this near-complete capitulation to Islam are complex, but they all ultimately come down to one thing: the oil supply. As Bat Ye’or documented in her ground-breaking book Eurabia, forty years ago the non-communist governments of Europe made an agreement with the Arab world: in return for supporting the Palestinians against Israel and allowing Muslim immigration into Europe, they would be guaranteed a continuous supply of oil at a relatively stable price. Four decades later, the bargain still holds. Both the oil and the immigrants still flow into Europe. And, if current trends continue, after four more decades have gone by, several European countries will have a majority Islamic population.

The future outlook for Europe is grim. We will become part of the global Ummah, or we will descend into civil war and chaos. The only possible way to avoid one of these fates is to awaken the public to what is in store so that the current crop of dishonest and treasonous political leaders may be voted out of power.

But time is short. In another ten or fifteen years, it will be too late. In fact, it may already be too late. But we have to try.

Scared enough now? Is Sabaditsch-Wolff, Weston, Wilders or even a Leven-Torres all “conspiracy theorists”, “Over emotional”, “fantasists”, “cranks”, “loonies” then?

If they are then watch what you say at private dinners, even in your own house, one never knows whose listening- Your best friend perhaps? Imperial Rome too had her informers.....

It's sad but true

Written by a senior citizen in the United Kingdom   It's sad but true, it is difficult not to agree with the 72-year-old man who wrote this letter, I notice there isn't a reply. This is one of the best letters I have read for a long time. It puts it ALL into perspective.   To David Cameron (Prime Minister) & Ed Milliband (Leader of the Opposition)   You BOTH Worry me! (In fact, both of your Political parties worry the hell out of me!!!)   Over the last three years, I find myself becoming more and more fearful of the pair of you, and between you, you are turning this country into a place that I no longer feel at home in, or feel a part of! I watch you in parliament, and no, not just the two of you, but also every politician that I see, stand up in parliament sneering at each other, and acting like children!!! (and if you were my children, I would be ashamed of you all ...What an example to set!)   Although you would like us all to believe that you are putting the needs of this country at the forefront, NEITHER of you are doing that, you seem more interested in "one-up-man ship ", in scoring off each other, & denigrating each other, to the detriment of this country & it's people!!! It seems to be all about YOU as individuals, and not about what you can DO for this country! It is fast becoming a place that I do not recognize, as the place I always thought, was the best place in the world to be!!! But no longer!!!   You are not listening to the people of this country!!! I am watching the deterioration of living standards in this country, (and according to you, on a world stage we are doing better than most countries  REALLY???) And yet the gap is widening between the "haves" and the "have-nots". I see our homeless on the streets, our hospitals under-funded and understaffed, our health system is an absolute mess and a disgrace ... and yet I see multi-millions of pounds being sent offshore, in aid to other countries, before attending to this country's needs!   I see the "selling off of water rights to foreign interests, WHY...? Especially when you go to great lengths to tell us that water is a finite resource, & supposedly, we must ALL be careful with how we use it, so that we ensure we have it for the future? A Carbon Tax, (which you KNOW is just another tax) which will make NO appreciable difference, to carbon emissions, AT ALL!  A tax, which in spite of all your arguments FOR it, you are doing alone, when other major countries will NOT & DO NOT embrace it, or believe in it !   All that it will do for this country is put working families and small businesses behind the eight ball .....what planet are you on, if you think that the tax we must pay will make even a scrap of difference to the effect of the carbon tax on people? Anyone can see the holes in that argument!!! Do you really think we are that dumb??? Let's talk about Multiculturalism ....People have come here from other countries, for a better life, for more years than I have been alive (I am 72 years old!)   Pre & Post war immigrants came for a better life, and settled in and became wonderful contributors to this country, ... all have contributed to the rich diversity of this country, and some descendants have even fought FOR this country, and they have become U.K.citizens and were glad to be  ...and they had NO handouts from our Government either, ...they worked hard  for everything! I have never before had a problem with all, or any, race of immigrants coming here. However, I DO NOW!!!   Please tell me why we have areas in towns and on large estates all over the country, where police do NOT, & will NOT go, for fear of their life?   Please tell me why we can no longer have religion in schools for fear of "OFFENDING" someone? (The latest little gem is that they are not having or being funded, for chaplains any more, but Councillors!)   Please tell me why religious Christmas observances are no longer allowed in some schools for fear of OFFENDING someone?   Please tell me HOW Christmas decorations in some stores might OFFEND someone?   Please tell me why we have to have segregated days in some swimming centers for fear of "OFFENDING" someone?   Please tell me why we have some RADICAL clerics demanding Sharia Law in this country when if we were in THEIR country, this would NEVER be allowed? Please tell me why our laws need to be changed, so as not to OFFEND someone? Please tell me why we are fast becoming a MINORITY voice, in our own country, because of POLITICAL CORRECTNESS? Please tell me WHY Britons cannot legally wear a bike helmet covering their head in a bank and yet it is ok to wear a Burka which covers the whole of the face?   And please tell me WHY, when those people who want asylum here can wreck our detention centres and STILL be accepted here?   What does that say about just who and what are this government's priorities?   The British people that I speak to have genuine concerns about becoming a second-class minority in our own country and the reasons for it are some of the above. Are you so blind that you cannot see this?   And no, I am NOT racist!!! If I did not like Catholics or Protestants would I be considered racist? Of course not!   Why is it that if we object to what is happening in our country we are immediately labelled RACIST, in an attempt to shut us up?   We are fighting Radical Muslims in Afghanistan & Iraq , are we not? I hear you say, yes - but the Muslims we have here are "Not like that". Well how would we know? Do we hear ANY of them coming out & speaking AGAINST radicals? I haven't, have you?   Islam is not compatible with ANY of the values that we hold here in Britain ! Are not the experiences of France and the Netherlands examples of that? Why do you think it would be any different here?   We even have a British born "radical," whose message is that Britain WILL become a Muslim country, under Sharia Law and that we had "better get used to it ".   Will both of you grow some "BALLS" and start sticking up for this country and its people? Lisbon Treaty summaryThe 294 page Treaty of Lisbon sets up a three tier politburo dictatorship, and came into force on 1st January 2009. It gives the EU more powers than the 465 page EU Constitution by amending and adding the missing clauses to the existing five treaties. So you need to read all six treaties together, thousands of unreadable pages which includes Maastricht; and then see through its concealment and deception to get the full picture. There will be no more treaties: the six complete the EU.

Article 1-1a Unlike Britain, the EU nation is atheist; its laws are not based on Christianity.
1-4 New article 2. It is the EU's values that count, not the wishes of the people. The state comes first, soviet style.

1a and Article 2.1-6 make it very clear our new nation will be the European Union, not Britain.

2-2 and 2.3 Our former borders will mean nothing.

2-4 Gives the EU the power to force Britain into the Euro.

3a Puts the EU's former nations into the same position Soviet satellite states enjoyed.

3a-3 Compels former nations to obey the EU. They shall carry out the EU's tasks, and may not oppose it.

3b-1 Conferral - the EU will not exceed the powers it has taken in the Treaties. Negated by 3b.3:

3b-3 If local powers can better be used by the EU, the EU will use them.

3b-4. Proportionality: The EU will not use more force than is necessary to compel us to comply with the Treaties.
Article 6 The EU recognises its own Charter of the EU's Rights of 2007.

6-2 The EU accedes to the EU Convention on Human Rights, but not where it affects the EU's power.

6-3.c Paves the way for The European Council to become independent of Heads of State, and become a politburo.

Article 8. Equality. In glorious Soviet style. And we are forced to accept EU citizenship.

Article 8A-1 to 4 Prepares the way for the abolition of Westminster:
8A-2 Heads of state can be bypassed in favour of "government;" National Parliaments bypassed direct to citizens.

8A-3. Decisions to be taken as close as possible to the citizen. Eurospeak for Regions, not Parliaments.

8A-4. Will be used to abolish our Conservative, Labour and Lib-Dem Parties. It's the old EU constitution I-46-4 word for word: Political parties to be at the European level. The Madrid conference defined this in 1999 as parties with voters in 10 or more former nations. Our parties count voters in just one nation. Goodbye to the Lib-Lab-Con.

8B-3. The Commission may use consultation. Ballots, elections, referendums or democracy are not to be its way.

8B-4 One million citizens may petition the Commission to implement the glorious EU Treaties. We can only agree, Soviet style. Old EU constitution clause I-47-4.

9 and 9A Implement EU constitution clauses I-19 to I-27 List of Institutions. Confirms their interest in the Regions.

There are three governing bodies which are unelected politburos, soviet style, each with up to 27 members:
9B The European Council is made up of heads of state, or "government" which could be any politician of their choosing. It meets 4 times a year, and chooses (and can fire) its President for 2.5 years, two terms maximum. He can be anyone from anywhere but not a head of state; he can fire a Commissioner.
9C The Council of Ministers, now The Council, is senior bureaucrat level; controls laws, the budget and policy.

9D The third level is the Commissioners, 20 people, anyone, from each country, provided (clause 3) he is not anti-EU. The Commission is the executive, the government or bureaucracy.

These three are politburos where EU politicians choose politicians; there are no elections to positions of power. Unlike Westminster, the EU Parliament in Brussels, the only elected body, has no executive power; it is a sham.
9E An EU foreign minister shall be appointed, and will be a Vice President of the Commission.

9F EU courts and EU judges shall enforce the six EU Treaties and former nations shall comply.

On Sunday May 25^th we will begin to learn the results of the EU wide elections, that will have taken place three days earlier on May 22^nd,  and all the indications are that a considerable majority of the electorate will have put their trust in a party that wants to see a speedy end to this nation’s illegal association with the E.U.

This corrupt fraudulent organisation has, in its fifty something years united no one, but has come close to destroying : Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland, who foolishly fell for its lies and deceit .

Even founder members : France and Germany, are no more united now than they were between 1939 and 1945, when British soldiers were fighting and dying to save General De Gaulle’s beloved France from Hitler’s Nazi Germany.

The fact that in the immediate post war years, these two bitter enemies came together in an ingenious plot to destroy Britain by non- military means,  was kept from the British public by a band of traitors lead by Edward Heath who were plotting to incorporate us into a Federal Europe, by selling us a pig in a poke,  euphemistically named : The Common Market.

This was to be simply a trading arrangement, but the insiders knew that the plot included committing us to crippling financial terms, and loss of sovereignty, with the result that for over forty years, we have underwritten an organisation bent on our destruction.
