You will be aware that Mr Cameron Her Majesty’s Prime Minister, has been talking to the other heads of Commonwealth countries about changing the Bill of Rights 1689 to allow the sovereign to marry a Roman Catholic. You are probably not aware of the history surrounding this Major Constitutional Law so if you will forgive my trying to teach granny to suck eggs, I will explain the history and reasoning behind this most important constitutional law. I realise fully our police are not taught constitutional law it being only very rarely that it raises its head, however it is not only law it is higher law which parliament are required to legislate within the restrictions imposed upon them by the English Constitution, and which our police are duty bound to enforce. The Act of Settlement 1701 is a simple clarification on the rules of accession and in no way amends the Declaration or Bill of Rights 1689.

The Police service use Blackburn vs the Commissioner of the Metropolis 1968 as a lets get out of doing our job under the law, this court ruling is in fact ultra vires the court having no authority to allow an enquiry to be dropped into an allegation of crime, which effectively grants a dispensation to those who break the law from suffering the penalty for their criminal activity. I would refer you to the judgement on the dispensing powers of the King in Thomas vs Sorrel 1674 Chief Justice Vaughn of the Common Pleas. Whose explanation is very clear as to the powers of the King to grant a dispensation from a penalty for a crime? Because this Ruling is dealing with the powers of the King to act or not act as the case may be it is by its very nature a constitutional ruling on higher constitutional law. Queen Elizabeth I demonstrated this dispensing power perfectly when she forgave the Earl of Essex a personal treason against her, but she removed his head when his treason was against her subjects. 

King James II was ruling outside the rule of law and appointing Roman Catholics to positions of authority in the armed forces which the law forbad him the right to do, Parliament spoke to King James about this and asked him to change his ways, his response was to prorogue parliament and carry on as before.

 The now out of office politicians and the Peerage asked Prince William of Orange if he would come to England to protect the Protestant faith as established by law. William landed at Torbay with a much smaller army than James but James army deserted in droves forcing James to send his wife and son to France. James attempted to follow them but was captured and taken to William who placed him in a palace on the banks of the Thames and James took a boat down river to France.

William was asked to take on the administration of the country, but he despised the English and sacked a lot of our prominent military leaders and civil servants replacing them with Dutchmen. The still out of work politicians spoke to the Aldermen and 50 of the common council about this, and William hearing about this ordered that writs should be sent to every borough in England for representatives to be sent to Westminster to tell him how we the English wished to be ruled. A convention not a parliament took place at Westminster in January 1689 and a document the Declaration of Rights was drawn up and shown to William and Mary and they were told that if they wanted the Crown they could have it conditional upon them accepting the terms laid down by the representatives of the people. William and Mary accepted the terms and were jointly offered the Crown which they accepted, William them called a parliament consisting of the representatives of the People and the Baronage and the Declaration of Rights was passed into law as the Bill of Rights 1689. With two codicils. Any amendments to this Bill must be made before 23 September 1689 or they are void and not lawful, and this Bill is for all time. Because this was put through parliament by people who were specifically sent to tell William how we the English wanted to be ruled and not by a properly elected parliament, and as the will of the people in England is supreme over parliament and the sovereign, under English law and custom and practice this Bill can never be repealed or amended by any normal parliament only by another convention of the people.  

I am enclosing a copy of the oath taken on that occasion if you read the oath you will discover that this oath from the Bill of Rights 1689 refuses the right of parliament to sign any EEC or EU treaty’s which transfer powers to govern away from the Queen in Parliament to any foreign power. What Her Majesty is forbidden by law to do parliament who operate in Her Majesty’s name can not do without Committing High Treason. Just as David Cameron’s actions constitute an act of High Treason against the Sovereign and Constitution of this country.

William III and Queen Mary accepted terms offered to them and the Bill of Rights is not a parliamentary act in the normal sense it is a binding contract between the sovereign and people of England, a contract Her Majesty can not break without forfeiting the Crown. If she does the law is quite clear the next in line will become King the second the contract is broken and it is as if Her Majesty had died.

This letter constitutes a formal allegation against David Cameron Prime Minster of Her Majesty’s United Kingdom of Great Britain, of High Treason against Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Constitution of England by attempting to amend the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Act of Settlement 1701 which lays down the inheritance of the Crown, and which if done will forcefully remove Her Majesty from her titles and temporalities as Queen of England. As though she were dead. This is consistent with David Cameron imagining her death which is an act of High Treason contrary to the 1351 Treason Act.

You Sir took an oath to uphold the laws of England to the best of your ability, and without favour, fear, malice, or ill will. You took that oath to Her Majesty and Her Majesty took an oath to her subjects. To rule England according to our laws. You have a clear duty to do every thing in your power to assist her in keeping her oath taken before God to her subjects.

Sir you are on record as saying it is not for the police but the victim to decide if a crime is investigated. Any assault on Her Majesty’s honour and the constitution are an assault upon all Her Majesty’s subjects you included we are all victims in Mr Cameron’s act of High Treason. You are therefore requested and required to fulfil your oath and deal with Mr Cameron for his High Treason against Her Majesty the English Constitution and subjects of Her Majesty’s. For your information I am enclosing a copy of my book Layman’s Guide to the Edednglish Constitution. Which I hope you find to be a good read and informative.

Roger Hayes

The true and correct:

the outcome of Roger Hayes' hearing on the 28th of October was as follows.

The story so far. Roger Hayes has refused to pay his council tax... until the council provide a contract so that he can hold them to account (democracy) and justify the massive amount of money they are spending (wasting). Council's response has been 'Pay up or else' - Roger chose the 'or else' option - the council obliged by trying to bankrupt him... Roger had the evidence on his side (justification for non-payment)... so the council employed the services of a corrupt judge Michael Peake. (This was the Judge arrested in the 7th March in Birkenhead - orchestrated by The British Constitution Group and many other groups/friends).

The bankruptcy was pushed through on a day when Roger could not attend. (cowards) The official receiver wrote to Roger telling him that he had been made bankrupt... and to fill in various documents. Roger wrote back saying he wasn't bankrupt... and that it was the legal fiction that had been made bankrupt and not his responsibility and NO he would not be filling in their documents. The Official receiver then told Roger... fill in the documents 'OR ELSE'... Being a true believer in consistency... Roger chose the 'OR ELSE' option. The court case on the 28th was an application for the court to ORDER Roger to complete their forms or be done for CONTEMPT OF COURT... i.e. prison.

10 mins before the court hearing at 10 am... the Official receiver approached Roger and asked... " Before we go in....?" - Roger anticipating the question and before they could finish... answered "NO" (they then confirmed they were going to ask if Roger would complete their docs).

Roger had also written to the court and the official receiver to advise that he would not consent to the hearing... but would attend to assist.

They then advised Roger that because he was so passionate in his beliefs... (meaning they knew he was right) and they BACKED DOWN. They asked the court for an indefinite adjournment (that must be a first)... which avoids them having to admit they have NO AUTHORITY over Roger Hayes THE MAN. Roger thus did not fill in their forms and remains a free man.

Conclusion.
1). The court avoided having to deal with the legal fiction issue (Whew for the court). 2). Roger controlled the outcome by withholding consent. 3). The Official receiver has confirmed that they have no authority... and finally 4). Roger does not have to pay his council tax because the council have no way of forcing him through the courts.

This is a victory and should be hailed as one. BUT... do not try this unless you are 1) PREPARED and 2) aware of all the implications.

This letter is a warning - from the people. It is not a request that requires an answer, but it does require a response - by way of action on your part that demonstrates that you understand its substance and the seriousness of our intent.

The collective political establishment has betrayed the British people by transferring our national sovereignty to a foreign power without our consent. This is in defiance of our constitution and an act of treason.

You do not need to know how many people we represent today, only how many we might represent tomorrow and you should know that our numbers grow daily. This letter thus serves as your window of opportunity to make amends and give remedy for the crimes committed against us. We will show compassion for those who recant and we will be ruthless with those who do not concede to the wishes of the people.

Ignoring this letter is not an option... if you think it is, then this serves only to demonstrate that your intellect is subservient to your arrogance. You may feel that you can ignore it because you are too powerful, but to do so is to underestimate the seething resentment that the people feel for the political establishment in general.

I, the undersigned, did not write this letter, but it expresses what I think about the way that we are being misgoverned. You have acted in contempt of the principles of democracy and shown total disregard for our right to govern ourselves. It does not matter who penned the words of this letter, what matters is what it says.

For the past several decades the British people have been treated with extraordinary and total contempt by the collective political establishment. It has not mattered which political party has been in office or ‘power’ as you insist on calling it, nothing ever changes. We are continually subjected to the same global agenda. We have been used and abused like pawns in your game of supremacy in which a dynastic ruling class see themselves as ordained to rule as masters - with impunity, whilst we the people, as virtual slaves, are supposedly destined to obey – without question. You have persistently and consistently undermined our democracy by agreeing to treaties with foreign political elites who have no business in our affairs.

You have rewarded yourself with the trappings of office - high salaries, luxuries denied most of us, privileges, pensions, prestige and benefits that we can only dream of... whilst burdening us with ever-higher taxes, derisory pensions and declining standards of public services. It is we who pay the price for your malfeasance.

The story of Britain over the past several decades that will be told in the history books of tomorrow is the story of betrayal, greed, corruption, nepotism, treason and modern day fascism – the latter of which manifests itself in the global agenda being imposed upon us against our will.

The European Union - a step process towards global governance is now fully exposed. Built on lies and deceit is being hoisted by its own petard - the edifice is crumbling but still the political elite like demented fools, continue to feed on their own delusions. The docile masses, mesmerised by trivia, propaganda, complacency and ignorance have still somehow managed to grasp some basic elements of the truth, alerted almost certainly by the blatant and arrogant refusal of the political elite to tell the truth even when it stands proud in the rubble of political deceit and betrayal.

The political class are discredited at every level. They rant about the benefits of our subjugation to a foreign enterprise, peace, prosperity and democracy where in reality chaos, dictatorship and corruption reign supreme. European economies are on the brink of collapse because of the corrupt banking cartels, there is visible resistance on the streets and people call for lawful rebellion. But less known, there is clandestine resistance behind closed doors. Whilst the majority advocate a peaceful uprising, the extremes will always be in the mix and when passion and anger are fused and those aggrieved can find no remedy... violent resistance is as understandable as the passion for life itself.

The police and militia that you currently rely on to defend yourselves against the people’s retribution... are made up of our own, they are not your people – and when they learn about your betrayal and your intent.... AND THEY WILL - they will turn against you. Their awakening, which you cannot stop, is your Achilles heel. Your greatest fear must be that we will impose upon you the regimes and repression that you had planned for us.

People are meeting in groups across the country, talking across oceans... they are disparate, disorganised and without an effective plan to repel the global agenda... as yet. BUT a leadership is emerging... organisers are co-ordinating and small groups are linking to form larger groups. The dichotomies of left v right, Christian v Muslim, , black v white, Catholic v Protestant, which have been used to great effect to divide and conquer in the past, will find no favour in this war. The call to arms that will unite us will be ‘the people v the global elite’ – the cry will cascade street to street and find easy passage and universal support – for our common purpose has greater value and strength than yours.

We have a constitution – which you ignore. We have been denied our democratic rights, regardless, we have clearly expressed our wishes, in one opinion poll after another, that we do not want to be governed by a foreign unelected officialdom, but still you disregard us. We are promised a referendum on our future, but then you recant. You speak in support of our views when in opposition, but act to the contrary when we elect you.

You consult with corporate executives, international bankers, non-government organisations, international charities, academia, foreign dignitaries, political elites, think tanks and lobbyist – collectively a tiny minority, who do not represent us. These groups all emanate from the same social strata, with their own agendas to satisfy and all funded by the same cartel. You take note of their every whim, but you care not a jot for what we think or what we want. Your children are given jobs, with big salaries fresh from university and then rapidly climb the corporate ladder as reward by the same corporate bodies who you have favoured with your decisions. Our children must make their own way in an increasingly desperate world. Your corporatism suppresses our freedoms with deliberate and malicious intent.

You accommodate tyrants, dictators, arms dealers and all manner of dubious characters, with whom you are happy to keep company. You turn a blind eye when the smell of money wafts your nostrils... it suppresses the stink of corruption and evil. Your moral compasses are defunct... your values deplorable and motives despicable. Our soldiers die to service your corporate agenda – their blood is on your hands.

You are educated at the same elite schools and members of the same elite clubs and you allow these influences to override the consideration which should be paramount in service of the people. You have adopted the “I’ll scratch your back if you scratch mine” philosophy... because you have learnt from your predecessors that corruption and deception do indeed pay. The European Union is awash with it and you have determined to get your snout in the same trough. You take comfort from the fact that you control those who have the authority to indict you for your criminality... because they too have fallen prey to the corruption. You have sold off our national resources to your friends, divided communities, deprived villages and towns, undermined, destroyed and bulldozed. You have laid waste where once prosperity was enjoyed. But you have not suffered... you have remained aloof, disengaged, uninvolved - removed from the debris and the misery that you have wreaked upon the rest of us.

We have seen our three billion annual fishing industry handed over to foreign control for nil reward. Our farms no longer feed us, crippled by regulations made to favour foreign farmers. Our ship-building has been dismantled and our merchant fleet whittled to nothing. Our armed forces are under strength and we see foreign troops being trained on our own soil on the pretence that they may be needed to protect us... when the reality is they are being trained to subdue us... to protect you from our vengeance. Our children are victims of social engineering in the schools and declining standards of education. They are being sexualised by explicit exposures before they have the emotional maturity to be able to cope. You are destroying their minds and their childhoods.

You have engineered a police state with legislation that empowers you at our expense and you have been blatant in your contempt for our democratic and constitution rights and our common law, which have been known to us for centuries. You deny us our rights and our freedoms and contemptuously imply that you can provide us with a new Bill of Rights. Would we seriously trust a thief with our wallets? You have corrupted our courts by appointing judges who are contemptuous of our common law and you have bowed to the pressure of foreign elites who have inflicted their inferior system of justice upon us... without our consent. You have not defended our interests... you have conspired merely to enhance your own.

You have dissected our nation and sold off our infrastructure. We buy our own water from foreign corporations who grow rich on the back of our suffering. Pensioners die of cold because they are unable to afford their heating bills visited upon them by foreign corporate greed. You are then rewarded by them with lucrative directorships when you slip quietly from office with your bulging pensions. You remain oblivious, unconcerned... disconnected. We will no longer be ignored as you go about you globalist agenda. We will resist your controlling and petty rules and regulations... we will resist your fines and penalty charges and challenge your corrupt and biased judges, we will defy the over-zealous police, and your oppressive and unlawful taxes.

It is our intention to govern ourselves... we do not seek your permission – this is our right. You have had your opportunity and you have failed. We will take control of our own lives in stages, as and when it suits us. Our numbers will grow as we show by example that prosperity is the natural consequence of honest and fair governance. We will expose you for the parasites you are.

This country has a constitution – which you ignore. We have Magna Carta, the declaration and the Bill of Rights... we have trial by jury, habeas corpus, the coronation oath. We have our customs, traditions and common law. We have the right of petition, free speech, and free movement and above all... we have the right to govern ourselves. These are our inalienable rights – they are not privileges granted to us by you or your ilk. They cannot be taken away or extinguished at the whim of political diktat or through corrupt judicial process and certainly not at the behest of foreign undemocratic institutions. You have no authority to dictate... your duty is to serve.

We do not recognise regions imposed upon us by Europeans to affect their control over us - to divide and to conquer us. We are a sovereign nation... a proud people. We have watched our country slowly destroyed... by you - we now see clearly what you have done... your purpose and you betrayal. We will honour our inheritance – the freedoms fought for and secured for us, and we will ensure that we will pass this on to the next generation, to our children and theirs.

You have been sent this letter by a constituent. On sending a copy to you, they have also registered your name with the co-ordinators. This will remain with us as evidence for your trial... for treason, should it be necessary. It’s your choice

UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FA I L

Dear Friend and Colleague



It is my fervent hope that you would forward this to as many people as you feel will read and receive its message.



There are now a number of political organisations in Britain standing independently for the survival of England or Britain as a nation. All of them seek Britain’s escape from the EU. With their many widespread supporters, they collectively embrace a large number of deeply sincere, patriotic, intelligent and discerning people who want their country back and who affirm that Britain can be great and successful again as the independent country it once was. Only because of insidious deceit, lies and trickery have our political “elite” duped the British public into thinking that Britain should give up and allow itself to be scrapped; that Westminster knows best and that we cannot survive without the EU. They are absolutely and precisely wrong.



But what if all of these organisations stood together ?

What if it were possible for all these like minded people to join forces in their common cause of uniting the British population against the tyranny we face ? Wouldn’t we then prove unstoppable ? Every one of these organisations has the same political goal - the survival of Britain as a Christian, self governing nation and the return of our country to the British people from those who claim the right to do just whatever they like. If all these many thousands of people could be heard collectively - by the press, Westminster, the wider Establishment, the electorate - wouldn’t the collective and louder voice be more clearly, effectively and consistently heard than the individual statements and demonstrations that pop up now and then ?



Some 99% of British people want out of the EU (Daily Express)./ They want the benefit of our money spent on our own country and not wastefully frittered elsewhere, reversal of immigration and the increased crime it leads to, an end to foreign labour and the looting of British jobs for Europeans, an end to the overfilling of our country with more people than Britain can sustain, removal of the Islamification threat to Britain’s and the increasing sectarianism of our cities and the reversal of political correctness, destruction of our British culture and our appeasement of all others so not to offend anybody in the world.



But nobody is listening because we do not speak loudly enough. Together. Moreover, it seems that anybody who stands for England, Britain or for Britishness is incessantly targeted and smeared as racists and extremists reviled by society (and the Establishment purposely incites such feelings in the public) when in fact we are ordinary everyday British people from all walks of life who simply want our country back. A large proportion of the British electorate still believe the devious governmental misinformation and that we are to be ignored at all cost. And they still feel alone in their deep conviction that Westminster and Europe are raping our nation for others’ benefit. “United we stand, divided we fall”. Wouldn’t all those silent majority realise the truth and willingly join our British cause if they saw and heard the united influence of all of the pro-British organisations speaking and acting as one ?



Another point to consider is this.

The Conservatives, Labour and the Liberal Democrats (in other words, the “the nasty party”, “the saviours of Britain who did far more to destroy it” and the “also-rans”) have ingratiated themselves upon the British public for far too long. They arrogantly believe they have the sole right to govern us. All three pursue the same agenda. Whichever of Lib/Lab/Con one votes for, one votes ultimately for a multicultural Islamic state, British people reduced to second class citizens, destruction of our Britishness, values and culture, our capitulation to EU domination and our being made a minor fringe province of the great European super-state ruled by anybody but ourselves. All three parties are blindly unpatriotic, treasonous, unlistening, out of touch, outdated, untouchable, dubiously funded and old fashioned. They no longer serve any useful purpose but their own gratification. They cling tenaciously to their questionable past and self-serving principles. Cameron’s “let’s pass control back to the volunteering public” big society is none other than “we have no idea and cannot think what to do next but we yearn to be liked and will fight tooth and nail to stay in office”. I believe it also demonstrates an intention to get the British public on-side before they introduce dictatorship. And we are paying them handsomely for this.



It is time for entirely new politics. Politics that put Britain first. If all of the pro-English / British groups and their supporters came together and spoke freely and loudly with one voice, wouldn’t we get Britain back far sooner ? Wouldn’t the electorate feel re-awakened and revitalised with new hope after years of apathy in the political wilderness because it was always “more of the same” ? And wouldn’t the British people feel liberated to speak their minds after so many years of being politically cowed, downtrodden and ignored ? Even more importantly, it would be far more difficult for the Establishment to shut us all up, to over-talk us at every opportunity and attempt to nullify our efforts with bigger, wider more dazzling election campaigning funded by all sorts of non-British-minded financiers who’re in it for the limelight, prestige and the money.



Bear in mind that Britain faces a comprehensive battle.

We are about to be consumed by the overwhelming might of EU power-grab whose icy fingers already clutch at our money no matter how desperately Cameron may try to convince us otherwise. Direct EU taxation is forthcoming in addition to the many existing rip-offs and fake causes, while ever more stringent laws and regulations and increasing donations to the un-needy or undeserving are all set only to rise under EU rule. We are under constant immigrant invasion and are losing our cities and our British society to immigrants and their foreign cultures, here specifically to take us over. They strive to liken our homeland to those they fled. Our Britishness is being systematically dismantled by our own “government” who insist we reduce ourselves to others’ levels in "multiculturalism" that does not work anywhere in the World. We are obliged to offend nobody on Earth and we face colonisation by far higher immigrant birth rates (while ours declines) and angry foreign intolerance of us and our ways. And our hands are tied behind our backs by those we employ to run our country. They even intentionally repealed the laws on treason before setting out on this devastating attack upon us. How corrupt is that ?



How long will it be before Britain will have been taken so far down the road to ruin that escaping its effects would even be possible ? Our government targets the British in favour of all-comers even from the Third World whom we are to welcome and befriend. And Government persistently attacks anybody who stands for the country and the rights we once enjoyed. These are being showered upon the new-comers. They even seek to prove links between us and Norwegian killer Anders Breivik for the sake of deterring the British electorate from our British cause.



Unity

So how could Britain’s supporters come together ? Initially there might be inter-group differences. But weren’t all of these organisations created with essentially the same ideal, striving for the same thing ? Getting Britain back and ensuring that it is run for the benefit of the British people ? What deep differences can there really be ? Surely any such differences can be overcome because we all seek the same success. There may already be some form of contact between groups anyway because they all have the same purpose in life. Certainly it would need a new name for the combined organisation. One that breaths fresh air into the electorate’s minds and enables them to feel far better able and willing to join in and give support because they too want their country back as we see on a daily basis. But it needs more than just that. There has to be commitment. Commitment to speak as one, act as one and to stand as one. Commitment to be heard. Commitment to succeed - for our country's sake. All of these organisations already think as one - don’t they ?



If Britain is to survive as we wish, it will require far more than is presently being achieved by anybody in isolation. You will doubtless be aware of Brian Gerrish, the UK Column (http://www.ukcolumn.org/), his frequent appearance on Controversy TV’s “On The Edge” programmes (Sky channel 200) and not least his videos on Youtube exposing the truths of “Common Purpose”. While his research articles uncover a great many activities of our scandalous Government it nonetheless shows just how dangerous a situation Britain is in. Even more importantly still, it shows how vital it now is for us all to unite if we are to achieve anything in getting our country back.



And precisely how long have we to get our country back before we are too late ? While we all speak independently of one another and achieve little, our country is slowly being forced into cultural subjugation, bankruptcy, failure and collapse. Our Armed Forces and our police are being determinedly dwindled to such an extent that in a very short time, our total reliance upon European participation will be inevitable. So isn’t it for the various organisational leaders to communicate and talk about how most usefully and beneficially so many people across Britain can unite into one working administration ? Between them, the basic infrastructure is already in place. The policy makers, secretaries, organisers, leaders, fund holders and treasurers, printing and posting facilities, computer and digital communications experts. Surely it is only a matter of having the will and the intention to bring it all together - isn’t it ? Because until we do, nobody is listening. Not Government, the press, the Establishment nor the electorate are going to listen unless we show we are sincere and determined enough, capable enough and that we mean what we say. Also that we convince them that what we say is the truth. Divided, we are of no consequence to anybody - least of all Westminster or the EU. But together, we would be very much larger, very much more forceful and very noticeable. We’d truly be the voice of our country and our people - wouldn’t we ?



And if as is well known, people always join those who are sincere, acting for the right reasons, achieving and moving in the right direction, wouldn’t all 99% of the electorate follow and join the one party that stands for what they truly want in their heart of hearts ? After all, it is about our survival and that of our country. The well-being of our children and our grandchildren in their own country. It is about what we hand over to them when they are old enough, just as our parents handed over to us.



But this is not a trial effort. This is the only and last chance there will ever be.

Britain’s time is fast running out. Continuing independently as we are, each of the pro-British organisations is achieving little daily when compared with what needs to be done to secure our country and turn it around. Hundreds of thousands of British lives were sacrificed in two world wars to fight off the very dangers we now face. Do we not owe it to our children and their children to preserve our country for them ? So how much longer can we independent organisations afford to stand alone while few listen, we accomplish little and the Establishment does its very best to systematically destroy us, our culture and our country ?

What are we actually going to have achieved even in five or ten years’ time ? And where will Britain be then if Lib/Lab/Con continue to have their way ? Will Britain still be able to survive ? The Lib Dems alone, would have us immersed and unrecognisably lost in the EU tomorrow if they could. Isn’t that treasonous ?

How long will it take for all of these organisations to come together with any effect and what will have happened to Britain during that time ? And in ten years or so, shall we not be out-voted in our own country by the rapidly proliferating foreign cultures already here and that we continue to allow in under EU law ? With their multiple wives and higher birth rates, they are confident of Westminster's support and our benefits system. And they are determined. Their freely stated intention is to take our country. So our time left is shorter than we think and each day counts. Our combined action is necessary now.



It’s simply not good enough to dismiss this argument for unity saying, “it’ll never happen” or, “we’re making inroads”. The sad fact is, we aren’t making inroads. Britain is sinking deeper by the day. Remember, the bigger we become, the more that the British people will join in. We desperately need their support and their voice. But equally, they desperately need us. If 99% of British people think the same way, when they hear us speaking loudly as one, see us standing together, having increasing influence, making ground, how quickly will they join us then ?



This is our country and we all want it back. Don’t we ? But THIS is our only and last chance.



I have written similarly to as many other of Britain’s pro-English / British organisations as I can find with the hope of acting purely as a facilitator in suggesting this unification to regain control of our country. So my question to you is, “Do you agree with the above. And would you be willing to unite with all the other organisations toward a more effective, combined political movement to get our country back ?"



In all of the above, please remember that I do not seek to antagonise anybody. I seek no recognition. But I offer it in the sincere desire that our country survive and be returned to us. That we wrest control of Britain back to the British people - whose it is. For our children’s and grandchildren’s sake.

A Referendum on our Membership of the EU

The Real Situation, And the URGENCY to defend our country


1. It is Illegal to have a Referendum on whether we should stay in the EU or leave it. The Sovereignty of the UK is not for anyone to give away or to take - CORRECT!

2. We are still Legally a Sovereign country, it is the fault of the people that we are perceived to be otherwise - CORRECT!

3. The UK governments successively since 1972 – have Illegally and Treasonously given Illegal control of the UK to Brussels, and they have signed six Illegal EU Treaties on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II - CORRECT!

4. Nobody holds a gun to the Queen’s head, she has had six EU Treaties signed on her behalf, and is the only Queen to have broken her ‘Coronation Oath’. Queen Elizabeth II is wholly complicit in the Illegal and Treasonous handing-over of the UK to a Foreign-Power - CORRECT!

5. Queen Elizabeth II is the final fail-safe against Criminal Governments, yet – she has failed for 40yrs to remove successive Treasonous Politicians from power - CORRECT!

6. Queen Elizabeth II – is in-fact not a Queen, and has officially been a Criminal and a Traitor since having the 1st EU Treaty signed on her behalf - ALSO CORRECT!

7. Remember what happened in Northern Ireland. The Irish voted against membership of the EU in an official Referendum. The EU then forced a second Referendum, for which they poured-in tons of money – to sway the voters to choose membership. The EU acted wholly illegally by doing this, and there is evidence that the ballot-boxes and the balloting system were tampered with. Do you think that the EU will allow the British people to have a fair vote? - CORRECT - THEY WON'T!

8. If a Referendum on our membership of the EU takes place, then the British people are admitting that the Sovereignty of the UK is disposable (which it is not!), and this will be used against every Patriot of England and the UK - CORRECT!

9. Every one of today’s Politicians are Traitors - as they are all complicit. They are ALL guilty of Treason for playing their part in the betrayal of the UK and its people. If they are not fully active Traitors – then they are guilty of Treason - by knowing that Treason is being committed - and not saying that it is being committed, not reporting Treason, or for not doing anything about it - CORRECT!

10. The Police, Lawyers and Judges are also complicit in the Illegal control of the UK by a Foreign-Power, that being Brussels - AGAIN, CORRECT! (WELL SPOTTED!)

11. The Criminals of ‘Common Purpose’ are the glue that binds the Traitors of the UK – and coordinates their operatives in the take-over of the UK and its people, by a Foreign and Illegal Power - CAN'T ARGUE WITH THAT!

12. The UK is infested with Traitors and Collaborators. Do you really think that a Referendum will be allowed to work? Do you think that the EU would not keep having Referendums until it gets the result it wants? Do you think that the EU would use fair means to win? Do you think that they don’t have oodles more money than the anti-EU – to force a vote in favour of membership? - CORRECT!

13. Do you think that Cameron would allow a Referendum – and had already gone back on his word when he was elected Prime-Minister, and he said that it was no longer possible to have a referendum after the Lisbon-Treaty was signed by the last country? - NO AND YES....IN THAT ORDER. HE DID SAY THAT.

14. What happened about the campaign for 1,000,000 Lawful Rebels by the ‘British Constitution Group’? I was part of that! It didn’t even get off the ground! - NO IDEA!

15. The British Constitution was made – by the people and - for the people! It is only ‘The People’ who can save our country from Foreign Rule! - TRUE!

16. Did we have a Referendum on whether to declare War on Germany? NO! Because we did not want to be ruled by a Foreign country and it wasn’t up for debate anyway! So why the hell are we thinking about it now? - IN 1939 WE WERE GOVERNED BY PATRIOTS. THIS LOT HAVE BEEN OUT-FLANKED AND OUT-WITTED BY THE NWO.

17. Our United Kingdom is under attack, from the inside out. Politicians, Councillors, the Police, Lawyers, Judges, ‘Common Purpose’ and even the Queen – are in on it - CORRECT!

18. Why is it that so many English and British people feel that we are not at war? Poison can kill more people than guns & bombs, and that poison is running through our Towns and Cities like a tsunami, it has infected and affected more people than you can imagine APATHY AND COMPLACENCY RUN ON CONTENTMENT - CORRIE, FOOTBALL, FOOD IN SHOPS AND PETROL IN THE PUMPS...AND NO SIGN THAT IT WON'T BE - THERE'S THE SKILL IN THE DECEPTION!

19. How many pro-EU people do you know? And how many do you know that won’t say – one way or the other? Those that don’t say are actually pro-EU, because if they were not – then they would be proud to say that they are anti-EU! If people you know (even friends and family) do not say that they are anti-EU, then beware, for- they may be the friends of your enemies. Don’t confide in them!!!! - MOST WON'T LISTEN!

20. We do not want a Civil War (which would be very bad for all of us!), but neither do we want to be totally controlled by a Foreign-Power. Or to be classed as hardened criminals – because we are against Tyranny and Oppression. We do not want to be persecuted for being against the darkness of souls, or the overriding of goodness - why not? The very existence of our nation is at stake! What bigger reason does one need?

21. If Tyranny and Oppression becomes the victor in the United Kingdom, then – we all lose to the power of EVIL - meaning Islam? Because that's what it will be!

22. The Criminals in charge and running the UK – are going about their Treachery almost totally uninhibited. Time to put them in their place, either behind bars for life or dangling on the gallows - many have said this...and for many years!

23. The EU and the Government want us to believe that we still have a Democracy, - and the people are falling for it. They know that if we believe that there is a Democracy, and that we still have a say in how the country is run, then we will put all our eggs in one basket. It is not only the general public who are putting all their eggs in one basket! It is all of the anti-EU Party’s, and all of the anti-EU organisations! - not sure what you are getting at, here.



GET OF YOUR BUTTS AND ON YOUR FEET, YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU! GUNS ARE NOT NEEDED, JUST METTLE! ...and you will be locked up and charged with affray!

DON’T BE A DISGRACE TO ALL THE BRAVE MEN THAT DIED FOR YOUR FREEDOMS! - there are several ways "to kill a cat", without firing the gun at yourself!

We are shortly to be asked to fill in a census form, the information coming out about the intrusive questions this form requires answers too are entirely unacceptable to any right thinking subjects of Her Majesty’s.We now have information that this census originates in the European Union. Under English Constitutional Law we are not required to complete this census for reasons supplied below. In 1351 King Edward I brought in his Act of Praemunire. King Edwards’s subjects were being drawn out of the realm to be tried in foreign courts, Laws were being imposed in England by foreign powers, and Bishops were being ordered by Rome to excommunicate his subjects. King Edward I considered these things to be an affront to his honour as King of England. The Acts of Praemunire 1351 and 1392 make these things High Treason against the Kinds Honour, Bishops and others who committed a Praemunire risked property limbs and life. In 1559 Queen Elizabeth I passed the Act of Supremacy, This Act made this great Queen the supreme authority for the Church in England and all laws. This Act contains an oath still in use today it is sworn by every privy councillor’s i.e. an adviser to the Queen, but can also be sworn by us as citizens of the UK. The oath is as follows. I shall be disobeying this ban, there is no way i'm having mercury in my home. I've already been taken ill with the last lot of 'eco' bulbs i put in and had to swiftly remove them, i will never put them in my house again.

When in 1972 the Sovereign Head of State, the national administration and legislature surrendered the sovereignty of the British people to the sovereignty of a foreign political power known then as the European Community and now the European Union of the Regions, by accepting the terms and conditions of the Treaty of Rome, the Queen ceased to be Constitutional Sovereign Monarch, there being no provision in the Treaty of Rome for such an office, thus the system of British monarchy was ended, there being no other form of monarchy recognised in this country.
5. It is inconceivable that the Queen as Sovereign Head of State and official Governor of the nation, her ministers, advisors and Privy Councillors did not understand the terms, conditions and the principle of the Treaty of Rome, particularly as they have also accepted the terms and conditions of subsequent European Union treaties over a period of forty three years.
6. By accepting the terms and conditions of the Treaty of Rome the Queen and Parliament agreed to abandon the legitimate constraints of the British Constitution and so dismissed themselves from office, thus Parliament became an unlawful assembly and as such the ratification of the signing up to the Treaty of Rome by the European Communities Act 1972 had no lawful standing or legitimacy in British law what so ever .

I really do despair! What is wrong with people? Dear God how many times do I have to state that there is no 'dialogue' with Islam! PERIOD.




How many times do I have to 'prove' that the EU itself is simply a 'Trojan Horse' for the 'Project', a planned 'superpower' stretching from John O'Groats to Baghdad, ruled by 'Sharia'. The present 'EU' is already in a state of subjugation to Islam and Arabia. This is not simply because politicians are scared but desire it, or hope to control, as originally planned the Islamic World as a counter balance to the USA and Russia. Reality is though that the Arabs control the EU.


The EU is funding Palestinian jihad against the West and Israel by giving 800,000,000 Euros to them, which they use to buy weapons smuggled in by sea, often in the guise of 'relief aid'. Last week, Nigeria seized an Iranian ship with missiles en route to Palestine via Egypt. This happens frequently.




Today the papers revealed that our wonderful EU has set up an 'External Diplomatic Service' across the globe, with British embassies expected to shut. Most interestingly from our point of view, EU 'diplomats' in Arab-Moslem countries vastly outnumber their colleagues in other lands like South America. In Turkey for example, the EU has an embassy of diplomats in number greater than the USA they despise so much. It is the same in almost every Islamic country!


Do you think they are there to simply sunbathe and dream of camels and harems? No they are there to facilitate the establishment of Eurabia via the highly secretive EAD 'parliamentary associations'. Look up PAEAC too!


'EAD' stands for European-Arab 'Dialogue'. One of its primary purposes, even laid out in its foundation documents, is to 'facilitate a fusion of cultures' in Europe and the Moslem world' including overseeing 'harmonisation of Mediterranean- Southern and Northern laws and legal codes'. That for the dimwitted means 'Sharia'. Indeed we are already living under it!




Why do you think Geert Wilders is on trial, along with others for criticism of Islam and Mohammed? Criticism of Islam is forbidden in Sharia. It is haram or shirk. Mr Wilders, Mr Griffin and the rest disobeyed Sharia law.




Why do you think Moslems are hardly ever arrested? Because they are duty bound to spread Islam and jihad. This is Sharia too. Police have been ordered to quote 'Leave them alone!' They leave them alone not through fear or appeasement, although I grant this may be a 'factor' but because they cannot arrest Moslems who are literally not breaking the law by demanding our national laws be replaced by 'EuroSharia' but in demanding our deaths too. Both are legal under Sharia. What we are seeing daily is the steady establishment of 'Sharia' across Europe. I am amazed that Police Officers have not grasped what is happening and demanding, why they are being instructed to enforce foreign laws.




My own investigations have revealed, beyond reasonable doubt, a well planned 'phase in' of 'laws', gradually filtered into our daily lives through copious legislation, so designed to micromanage our lives, thoughts, words, actions that will fully condition us to accept the final implementation of sharia, in Europe.


I have not told you any of this until now, because I had hoped, people would have guessed what I have been trying to 'hint' at for the last five years but nobody it seems has understood. The failure is obviously my fault, so I apologise for not making it clearer.

They are almost identical- 'Citizens' or Umah at the top with peregrini-dhimmi at the bottom paying tax to the overlords. Rome was a benign culture and civilisation- Islam is not! I do not even regard it on good scholarly grounds as a civilisation in fact but a 'primitivisation'.


I urge you all to read 'Eurabia' by Bat Ye'or. I fully concur with her findings too! People pathetically talk about avoiding confrontation and 'doing it through the ballot box'. I don't wish to be impolitic but really, do you believe this after all the nonsense and behaviour the so called 'democratic' EU that has ignored its own laws and demanded new 'refereneda' until it gets the 'required answer'? There are only two states that behaved like this in recent times- the USSR and Third Reich. They are not interested in 'democracy'. They despise it! They use it against us!


The Tory party is just a ploy like all the others, as are certain 'nationalist' parties. We have been screwed plain and simple. This is going to lead to trouble-big trouble unless we come together. I am not advocating violence- just the opposite in fact. I have seen civil war- I do not wish to see it again thankyou and only we can prevent it. The EDL are a start but there are not enough of them!


The whole of the EU and its daughter 'Scheherazade' Eurabia is a Gaullist- Nazi plot planned after 1945. We are now seeing it come to life in its final form. I have read and seen the original documents too. Academics like me do that sort of thing you know. It is our job believe it or not!

And Now They Want to be Re-Elected???





Would Nu-Labour have won the 1997 election – for all the faults of the Major government at the time – if Blair/Brown had said their real agenda was to multiple the public debt tenfold, to the point where it was out of control? And then do nothing about it?



If they had said they aimed to reduce the UK from the 7th most competitive country in the global market to 13th? Reduce the 4th most lightly taxed country to the 84th? Reduce the 4th least regulated country to the 86th?



If they had said they intended to turn the UK into a multicultural country by abandoning our border controls? That they would allow a near 50% increase in immigrants from Africa, and over half a million more people from Europe to take up residence in the UK?



That they would encourage immigrants to introduce their own standards, laws and life-styles, and ignore those of the country providing them with a new home?



That they would support immigrant families with the resources of the welfare state – housing, income, health services, free education? Allow the least well-educated, and those most ignorant of the British way of life, to become the fastest-growing community in the country?



They would provide that group with all the protection of British law, including changing the law to accommodate them, and asking nothing by way of commitment to the British way of life in return?



That they would victimize true-Brits who stood in the way, by creating laws to make difficult, or even forbid, criticism or opposition to these profound changes?



That they would, in effect, create a form of dual or parallel citizenship in which the members of one ethnic group in the UK could gain preferential treatment by the state to the disadvantage of the majority who were paying for their benefits?



That they would turn Britain into a nanny-state in which the government assumed the right to control almost every aspect of the lives of those who elected them?



That they would seize the right to snoop on everyone – and encourage neighbour to snoop on neighbour?



And now, as Brown seeks re-election, Blair’s successor tells us the tax man will be empowered by law to open our mail even before it reaches us.



And where has all this got us?



Over the last thirteen years Nu-Labour has created 5000 new crimes at the rate of one every day.



It has passed over 500 new Acts of Parliament, six on immigration, eight on terrorism, 12 on education, 11 on health and social care, and 25 on criminal justice. Many of them were enacted simply to comply with new EU directives.



Another 40,000 EU regulations passed into UK law without a single one of them ever being debated in the House. They were all nodded through by Statutory Instrument, because the EU forbids amendments.



And that’s before we get to all the wishy-washy grand new ideas Nu-Labour repetitively rolled out as policy, and later either forgot or diluted.



The latest – free care for the elderly – has no timetable, no budget, no detailed planning and no hope of becoming law.



It is just another vague, utterly unrealistic carrot to attract voters who are naive or foolish enough to believe this bunch of crooks.



And then we come to the money…



What a legacy they leave us, after squandering the golden economic scenario they inherited from the Tories in 1997.



(Just for the record this is the third time in my lifetime Labour has left office with the economy in a shambles. The claim is valid : successive generations never learn, and people who refuse to learn from history are condemned to make the same mistakes over and over again.)



The most serious economic crisis in half a century, if not ever, has been brought on by profligate spending on bloated public services which lacked clarity of purpose, lacked effective managerial control and which more often than not failed to deliver.



Are our hospitals any better for the billions spent on them in the last 13 years. No they are not. Are our schools any better? No. Are the police doing a better job? I don’t think so.



Because what matters far more than throwing money at a problem is ensuring that it is then used effectively. Worse, Nu-Labour’s abysmal ignorance of resource management is compounded by its obsession with endless targets which add layers of useless bureaucracy, absorb time and effort for no benefit, remove any clarity of purpose, and weight down and mis-direct the efforts of capable people trying to do the job they were hired to do.



No wonder public debt is out of control. It was out of control even before the financial crisis hit us.



Total state debt will be over a trillion pounds before we know it, and may even exceed the UK’s total gross annual income for the first time ever within a few years, unless we make draconian cuts. They are needed fast and need to go deep.



Alternatively we end up monetizing the debt and raging inflation then kicks in to diminish its true worth.



Slashing public spending to the bone would not be difficult.



We all know about the billions sent to Brussels, and the hundreds of billions wasted by British industry and commerce on compliance. That could be saved overnight by telling the EU that we will be good neighbours, trade with them, but only on our terms.



The message is simple enough : they have to understand they cannot be masters in someone else’s house.



Back home, think of the money being squandered on many hundreds of quangos and the tens of thousands of people they employ. Between the lot of them they contribute almost nothing but trouble and aggravation to the people they are supposed to serve.



Think of the sheer numbers of incompetent employees at every level of the civil service. We have all encountered them and their pedantic questions and paperwork.



They may be civil servants but they rarely display any understanding of the word ‘civil’, and usually do not regard themselves as providing a service. We are usually left with the impression that, if they can create trouble and cause inconvenience, that is what they will do.



Then there is the cost of administering our labyrinthine tax system. Why not, as Kit Malthouse argued in The Times this week, abolish the lot and just use a higher level of VAT, or a new sales tax, to collect all taxation, subject only to nil rates on essentials. He is right. And I’ve been saying it for years.



Suddenly, there are tens of thousands of officials and accountants re-deployed into the private sector, many involved in new businesses. Vast amounts of management time and huge compliance costs are saved by every business in the country. Investment in new enterprises and in established businesses erupts.



The explosion of free enterprise, new jobs, new wealth-creation and new exports would transform our economy in no time. We all become winners, including the exchequer.



Such a nuclear change in our tax system would also turn the UK into the biggest off-shore tax haven of modern times, and force fiscal discipline on the governments of many other profligate countries. That, after all, is the supreme public-interest benefit of all tax havens. (No wonder Blair/Brown never told you that.)



Back here on earth, however, we still see money wasted on enforcing the nanny state, including millions spent on adverts on TV - to discourage smoking, on the radio to encourage people to apply for a new driving licence when they reach 70, in the media extolling the common sense virtue of not throwing good food away.



What business is it of government to waste our taxes on adverts like that? What happened to personal responsibility?



And why do we British taxpayers have to finance thousands of foreign students from Europe, and elsewhere, taking places at our universities, while our own children are deprived of higher education?



Last year nearly 120,000 students from the EU countries alone were educated in the UK at our expense, while 120,000 of our own children missed out.



We are now told we need another 20,000 new primary schools to educate young children.



But we are not reproducing ourselves fast enough to fill the places we have already.

Every one of those schools is needed to educate the children of immigrants.



Meanwhile, despite the UK spending nearly £90 billion on education this year (80% more than when Labour took office), there is absolutely no sign of the children already in school being educated properly, taught self-disciple, self-worth, self-reliance, or – for that matter – any British constitutional history.



Instead we continue to produce tens of thousands of ill-educated youngsters who are almost unemployable, and take their frustration out on the community that has failed to raise them properly.



Even if we started to sort out that problem it would take two generations to correct it, as we wait for those already on the streets to grow older.



Then there’s the EU, now set on a new mischief. Its latest lunacy is a threat to use the Lisbon Treaty to create a new form of economic government from Frankfurt, run by the Germans and the French, which would seize control of the City of London and the UK’s global financial services markets.



And what does our crass, certifiably insane government do about it? Absolutely nothing – because it knows it cannot, and is terrified to admit it.



Instead, it has the unbelievable audacity to ask us to vote them back into government.



If it wasn’t so catastrophically tragic, it might almost be funny.
