WE, THE PEOPLE,
Demand the repeal of the ECA1972 treasonous act, and that is sufficient.
If the Government then want to hold a Referendum
on something that ISN'T treasonous, fine.
But no Government has the right or executive power to alter Magna Carta OR the Bill of Rights which, if I understand it correctly, ENSURES that Government or any other body may subjugate an Englishman UNDER a FOREIGN POWER.
No requirement for a Referendum to withdraw from the EU is needed.
