Both you and the British public know it is simply not true that you have no control over EU flag appearance on British birth, marriage and death certificates as announced in yesterday’s press (Saturday 11 August).

As Communities Secretary, you have every control over your Departmental matters. The British Government is paid, expected, has solemnly sworn to and is supposed and operate under English Law. These unchallengeable Constitutional and Common Laws are very clear. Any and all foreign interference or attempted intervention in Britain is offensive, unacceptable, unlawful, null and void. They also make clear that those who aid and support such attempted foreign influence are guilty of High Treason. I’m sure you will know the penalty for that.

That you claim to have no control over EU intentions purportedly likely to affect this country raises the serious question, “Whom do you actually serve ?”. Is it the British public according to your sworn oath of office, the Bilderberg creed dutifully followed by the Coalition leadership or do you work directly for the EU. Which is it?

Though the EU flag obligation arises from the Lisbon Treaty due to become fully effective in November 2014, Lisbon and all other EU Treaties have no lawful effect in this country. When he knowingly and wilfully lied, deceived and betrayed the British people into foreign (European) rule by signing the European Communities Act in 1972, Edward Heath committed the most serious and spiteful treason in British history. He and his parliament instantly became traitors and an unlawful assembly, incompetent in further lawful governance. They immediately became major criminals.

As no following parliament has ever reversed his treachery, each one since 1972 has also been unlawful, thus illegitimate and unqualified to hold office. Every ensuing endeavour therefore, has been unlawful and of no consequence. British law therefore, remains as it was immediately prior to signing of the 1972 Act. Britain is not part of the EU as every Treaty and all statute law since 1972 whether or not given the Royal Assent, is unlawful, null and void. In consequence, the European Union has no legitimate influence in Britain whatsoever. Neither has European (Napoleonic) Law. It is all mere political theatre and parliamentary make believe designed to fool the public and to continue the bare-faced lies and pretence.

The people in this country are not European citizens, they are British subjects - be that English, Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish. Under English Law, it is not possible indeed illegal to be European citizens. Britain twice went to war at considerable cost to protect our English culture and identity and as surveys repeatedly show, more than 85% of British people do not recognise the EU dictatorship in this, their country. They reject its bureaucratic unaccountability, its draconian Napoleonic policies and fanatical obligations. As its roots lie in Hitler’s Nazi regime, why should they take it seriously ? WHY do you ?

The EU flag will not appear on British certificates as Brussels plans nor will it fly over British buildings since you will either honour your solemnly sworn oath to serve your country and English laws or be found guilty of treason. Which is it to be ?
