Fairness - Brussels Style.
It has come to
Bugles notice that LIB LAB CON, known
as such because they indistinguishable from each other, are soon to receive
substantial sums of money from Brussels, in order to fight next year’s European
elections.
The figures
quoted, suggest that the Tories could
receive £ 2.3 million, The Lib Dems £ 1.9
million and Labour £ 1.3 million.
This
surely raises all sorts of issues with
the electorate, and even more for the Electoral Commission, including the little matter of whether
donations, are in practice little more than bribes
.
The
subject is one that has caused Britain
much soul searching in recent years, and will predictably cause much more, when
the electorate realise that the donor is that : unelected, unaudited body, based
in Brussels, to which we don’t legally belong, but on which our Treasury endow
ridiculous amounts of money every year, that we can’t
afford.
We are
not legally a member of the EU, because
the signing of the Treaty of Rome was not within the Constitutional compass of
those who signed and assented to it, thus
it was invalid and an act of treason .
It is common
knowledge, that all three parties are
in financial trouble, as their membership deserts them, and turns to UKIP as the
party best equipped to deal with the nations current problems.
The practice
surely has no place in our democratic
system, but if it goes ahead, which these
things tend to in a nation that cast itself adrift in 1972, by ceding its
sovereignty elsewhere, the recipients
must not be allowed to use this money to service their overdrafts, or divert it
into their 2015 general election campaign funds.
The
other British political parties will
receive nothing, despite
polling substantial percentages of the vote, in
British elections at every level :
National – County – District – Town and Parish, for many years.
The disadvantaged will include : the B.N.P. who have two M.E.P.s and amass substantial percentages of the vote
wherever they appear on the voting paper.
The
Greens , a consistent vote gatherer,
and of course U.K.I.P. who consistently push Lib Lab Con down the
order at every election.
If
this iniquitous practice is to be
allowed (and it shouldn’t ) money should
be allocated on some identifiably fair basis ( like percentages of the totals
cast, at every level over the last five years ) something Brussels is not
renowned for.
