Dear Mr Cameron, Mr Clegg and Mr Miliband,

This issue should concern each of you deeply.

The current Sky TV poll and special report on immigration to Britain (http://news.sky.com/story/1153164/immigration-britons-want-drastic-action) is purely an indication, not the true picture. The survey polled only 1508 people out of more than 62 MILLION. So it misses some important points that only asking the entire British population will make clear.

Your predicament is this.

 

If in response to public criticism you promise to cut immigration, then you are admitting that EU law has no influence in Britain. You have all claimed for years that immigration is out of your hands due to EU rule and you can do nothing about the monstrous immigration that Britain has suffered deliberately. By all account, it has in any case been actively sought and invited by British politicians.

If however, you each do nothing about immigration as you have over the last 20 or more years, then you are outright traitors. Blair and his government committed treason in endorsing mass immigration and you perpetuate it by allowing continued foreign rule (which purports to oblige immigration) in our sovereign country. You also allow continuing destruction of the British culture with swamping political correctness for foreign ethnicity. What is more serious still, each one of you has solemnly sworn a lifetime oath of allegiance to Her Majesty, the people and to your country.

Your other major problem is that not one of you has ever had to fight for your country. If you had, you would comprehend its value. You would never have then followed Heath’s most outrageous betrayal and treason in British history (the European Communities Act 1972) or the Bilderberg world-rule agenda you all so blindly obey. All of this is TREASON.

 

Your next major problem is that nobody will believe any pre-election Party promises (whichever Party) because David Cameron has utterly exhausted all credibility with repeatedly reneged “cast iron guarantees” that have proved pure hypocrisy when not one of you can make a sincere, believable and honoured undertaking. Not one of you comes across as truthful, honest, genuine, believable or sincere - and most certainly not patriotic. Your public appearances convey cynicism and psychopathy. Indeed, a majority of the electorate see all three parties as the same “elected” Bilderberg dictatorship as no change ever occurs with new government.

Your only course is to STOP immigration, period. In fact, you should reverse it. Britain has for years been over-full. Your paid job as public servants of the sovereign British people (in law, it is the people who are sovereign) is to protect and ensure the welfare of Britain. That does not mean flood it with foreign nationals on the bogus pretence that they help the economy. That has been disproved many times. Our health and welfare services are frittered needlessly on undeserving foreign nationals when elderly Britons in need and who have actually earned the right, can only dream of such pampering.

So, please. Do your paid job. The one you became party leaders for. HALT immigration. REVERSE it. Think of your own country and the British people for a change. EU law has no no legitimacy here anyway because of Heath’s bungling treason.

We do not need a referendum to exit the illegal EU

Britain does not actually need a referendum to leave the European Union. Because Britain is not actually IN the European Union. I will explain.

When he signed the European Communities Act in 1972, Edward Heath knowingly and wilfully deceived and betrayed the British people into the hands of a foreign power, the EEC/EU. THAT was high treason. Upon signing, his treason instantly removed him from lawful office and his treasonous act failed to become legally binding because treason cannot do that. Moreover, his then treasonous government immediately became an unlawful assembly because a treasonous government is not lawful. It is an illegal pretence.

No parliament can bind a successor. Each following parliament therefore, has been free to reverse Heath’s treachery. None has. Instead, every following prime minister and parliament has consciously and deliberately lied and continued Heath’s outrageous pretence that Britain had signed up to EEC/EU rule.

Every parliament since Heath’s therefore, is and has been an unlawful assembly committing treason. Not only has every parliament deliberately furthered Heath’s criminal intent, but they have each conspired to deceitfully conceal the truth of their illicit activities from the British public as it has always been known that the British people would object most violently were they ever to find out. No law or other binding obligation can result from treason or action by an unlawful assembly. British law (and absolute supremacy of our imperial system of measurement, for example) therefore stand as they were immediately prior to signing of the 1972 Act. Britain is thus not part of the EU as every Treaty and all statute law since 1972 whether or not given the Royal Assent, is unlawful, null and void. In consequence, the European Union has no lawful influence in Britain whatsoever. Neither has European (Napoleonic) Law. It is all make believe. Most notably, the Attorney General acknowledges this summary.

It is therefore high treason to pretend or assert that Britain is part of the EU and many in Westminster are guilty of that. Treason is the most serious crime in English law as it is committed (generally deliberately) against the sovereign interests, national security and collective political will of the British people - solely for political or other eventual gain of others not necessarily of this country.

So as you can see, Britain has never been part of the European Union in the first place. It needs only a responsible, sincere, trustworthy and truthful government that will for a change, put our country first and will act in the genuine interests of our country that current MPs have solemnly sworn a lifetime oath of allegiance to serve, in order for our once Great Britain to get back on its feet and become the world leader it used to be. If the more than £65 billion (2008 figure) frivolously thrown away into the unaccountable EU bottomless pit every year by Ministers were spent on Britain instead, we’d have that Great Britain back in a trice.

Lord Berkeley’s “Rights of the Sovereign and the Duchy of Cornwall Bill [HL] 2013-14” currently passing through Parliament is designed to remove to Government control, Her Majesty’s right to grant or refuse new legislation the Royal Assent. This bill is not only bad law but actively treasonable.The Royal Assent is the Monarch’s constitutional and common law prerogative to ensure that only legislation in the best interests of the people, is enacted. Its removal from Her Majesty is high treason as contrary to the 1351 Treason Act, it imagines her death as our Sovereign Queen.

The Bill will also wrest from Prince Charles,Duchy of Cornwall assets for the benefit of Cornish people. Removal of legitimate title for others’ gain is THEFT. This House of Lords Bill is a blatant act of high treason and theft. It must NOT be permitted to become law.

I have received your letter of the 29th August 2013. I have to say I am somewhat confused here. It could always of course, be me having a moment of extreme stupidity but speaking for myself I do not believe that for one second.

For the Sovereign to give or not give the Royal Assent according to their conscience is an integral part of the checks and balances built into the English Constitution.

To remove the right and duty of the Sovereign to carry out a clearly defined constitutional role assigned to the current incumbent of the Office of the Crown, is to imagine the death of the Sovereign as the Supreme Governor of England. That constitutes the major crime of high treason contrary to the 1351 Treason Act.

The removal from The Duke of Cornwall his hereditary inheritance is to assume the rights of ownership from the Duke. The last time I looked it up, the definition of theft was to take property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving them of it and thereby assuming the rights of ownership. Correct me if I am wrong, but Cornwall constitutes quite a large amount of property.

It is my belief based on a considerable amount of research over 27 years of studying and applying the law of England, that no one person nor any body of people are above the law. Whilst it is taught that you cannot prosecute Parliament, it is true to say you can and on occasion are required to prosecute individual members of either House.

As holders of the office of constable, you have taken an oath to uphold the law to the best of your ability and without favour, fear, malice or ill will. I have used an excerpt from the old oath rather than the politically correct and treasonable claptrap you use for an oath today. We the great British public pay your wages to uphold the laws of England the way they are written and you do not have any choice in the matter. You are required to investigate all reasonable allegations of crime placed before you. My allegations of high treason are all reasonable and backed up with the evidence and the law, in this case constitutional law which has been breached.

I require your exact reasons for why you are declining to carry out your clear duty in line with the oath you took before God and to your Queen. Please do not quote Regina v the Commissioner of the Metropolis ex parte Blackburn 1968. Neither Lord Denning nor Lords Salmon and Davies said you could pick and choose the crimes you want to investigate and dump the rest. Lord Davies went so far as to state that would put the police above the law and that the courts would never do. Also do not tell me that because I am not a victim and did not witness the crime, I cannot report it. That taken to its extremes, would mean that if out walking my dog I found a body with an axe in the back of the skull, I could not report the murder because I was not the victim nor did I witness the crime. Law should be simple and sensible and lawful. The 2002 Police Reform Act fails on all counts. It is bad law and as such according to Chief Justice Beresford, it is not law. So just in case senility has kicked in, in my case in plain simple everyday English no long words, your full reasons for why you feel I should pay for a private prosecution when I and 65,000 000 others are paying a police service to uphold the law and that includes the Common and Constitutional Laws of England.

I would recommend you examine the penalties for Misprision and Compounding treason at Common Law. I would far rather prosecute those responsible for committing treason. Rest assured I have no compunction about prosecuting police officers who refuse to carry out their duty to defend this Kingdom from the traitors within.

The attached short speech from Winston Churchill, was delivered by him in 1899 when he was a young soldier and journalist. It probably sets out the current views of many, but expresses in the wonderful Churchillian turn of phrase and use of the English language, of which he was a past master. Sir Winston Churchill was, without doubt, one of the greatest men of the late 19th and 20th centuries.

He was a brave young soldier, a brilliant journalist, an extraordinary politician and statesman, a great war leader and British Prime Minister, to whom the Western world must be forever in his debt. He

As anticipated, expected, predicted and warned, Elizabeth II has delivered the coup de grace in her lifelong plan to deliver the British nation into the hands of the self appointed dictators of the European Union. Elizabeth II has not only brought this great nation to an end, she has destroyed the fountainhead of Christian democracy, a task for which she was raised, educated and indoctrinated to perform in the interest of the German aspiration to resurrect Charlemagne's Holy Roman Empire of Europe, an important block in the scheme of the New World Order under the control of the old world Black Nobility, the dark forces Elizabeth once publicly referred to, but was powerless to defy having given her soul to the power symbolised in the ring the world saw her kiss.

The goal of a one hundred year plan has been finally realised. With the stroke of her pen Elizabeth II finalised the destruction of the nation state. Since 1972, when she surrendered the supremacy of her office and the sovereign independence of the nation to the Franco German Axis, she has maintained the pretence that nothing had in reality changed, but in reality everything had changed. With no provision in the Treaty of Rome for a constitutional monarchy, Elizabeth had abdicated. The lawful power of the people has been dismissed and usurped by a self appointed political dictatorship acting as a puppet junta for the new Reich.

There may even be a worse case: you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."

The British people chose not to fight, instead they indulged themselves in addressing the symptom and ignoring the cause by engaging in political games instead of defending their Constitution and their laws, preferring always not to frighten the horses, always hesitant, always indecisive. For this the British people must now pay the price and live as political slaves. Elizabeth Saxe-Coburg-Gotha has made the decision for them.

Both you and the British public know it is simply not true that you have no control over EU flag appearance on British birth, marriage and death certificates as announced in yesterday’s press (Saturday 11 August).

As Communities Secretary, you have every control over your Departmental matters. The British Government is paid, expected, has solemnly sworn to and is supposed and operate under English Law. These unchallengeable Constitutional and Common Laws are very clear. Any and all foreign interference or attempted intervention in Britain is offensive, unacceptable, unlawful, null and void. They also make clear that those who aid and support such attempted foreign influence are guilty of High Treason. I’m sure you will know the penalty for that.

That you claim to have no control over EU intentions purportedly likely to affect this country raises the serious question, “Whom do you actually serve ?”. Is it the British public according to your sworn oath of office, the Bilderberg creed dutifully followed by the Coalition leadership or do you work directly for the EU. Which is it?

Though the EU flag obligation arises from the Lisbon Treaty due to become fully effective in November 2014, Lisbon and all other EU Treaties have no lawful effect in this country. They reject its bureaucratic unaccountability, its draconian Napoleonic policies and fanatical obligations. As its roots lie in Hitler’s Nazi regime, why should they take it seriously ? WHY do you ?

The EU flag will not appear on British certificates as Brussels plans nor will it fly over British buildings since you will either honour your solemnly sworn oath to serve your country and English laws or be found guilty of treason. Which is it to be ?

Open letter to labour

Dear Mr Burnham

In your quest for greater electoral support for Labour announced in today’s Sky News (Saturday 10 August), you are correct that the present Coalition is a dismal failure. That was immediately predictable upon their taking office. But your assertion that Labour has the right policies for Britain in their place is regretfully, just as deeply mistaken.

It is widely recognised that the Miliband's follow Marxist ideology. It is equally recognised that the trade unions without whom the Labour Party would not exist, are communist inspired not least by Khrushchev's promise to feed communism into Britain.

Britain has never been and is unwilling to be, a communist nation. That is entirely abhorrent to the British people who fought two World Wars at considerable cost to protect our English culture. Yet on the other hand while the correlation between Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats is notable in their joint determination to destroy their own country of sworn allegiance in favour of unelected European dictatorship, Britain is already on the verge of final destruction as a nation state by her own paid politicians.

To accomplish their perfidious agenda, the three party conspiracy have over the last 50 years, used untold deceit, misinformation, propaganda and endless taxpayer money to guarantee their autocratic political supremacy and absolute control. Their policies have ignored popular demand. Fuelled by personal greed, self gratification and Bilderberg creed, their mission has been to destroy Britain’s farming, fishing, mining and manufacturing industries, deliberately seek out, invite and not halt, untold Third World immigration for the deeply separatist society it creates, the premeditated obliteration of our English culture and identity, they have seconded us to foreign cultural rule by political correctness, they intentionally dismantle our health service, armed forces and our police service and they have removed our British sovereignty, our freedoms and self determination.

The only way that Labour will gain the electoral support of the British people that you seek, will be to reverse these treasonous acts, to properly rebuild and support the country you have sworn a solemn oath to serve and to remove Britain from the disastrous clutches of the EU. In repeated surveys, over 85% of British people demand these things.

Until you do this, nobody will believe you and Labour is as spent a force as the Coalition.
